My 4th seminar focused on the guests view of our parks. Mainly it talked about the Guest Satisfaction Measurment Survey, and how each park and each area uses those surveys to keep making that magic for the guests. We talked about key drivers for returning guests, and how to keep those things above guest expectation. The seminars just keep the same level of excitment as they go along, maybe there's a rule about that or something. Who knows?
